Monday, May 13 @ 5:00 PM at City Hall Council Chambers, 333 W. Ocean Blvd
Attend the public hearing of the City’s Cultural Heritage Commission (CHC) which will hear and decide on an application seeking to approve the removal of the 2-car garage and the construction of a new 2-car garage, as a required condition of the lot subdivision that was previously approved by the City’s Planning Commission in July 2017, for 3065 E. Ocean Blvd, located at the corner of Paloma Ave and E. Ocean Blvd. This stately, significant historic property is widely known as Weathering Heights.
