It’s the Great Pumpkin, Bluff Park 2020
While trick-or-treating was canceled this year by the City to keep everyone safe during to the COVID-19 pandemic, we made our own neighborhood family spooky fun with the BPNA’s first-ever “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Bluff Park” event held on October 31, 2020.
We delivered over 25 pumpkins along with a carving, decorating goody bag from a festive rolling Pumpkin Patch Truck. With so much creativity, choosing the winners was very, very tough for the BPNA Board.
Congratulations to our Winners: Joe & Dan for their BPNA-logo inspired pumpkin; Ro & Alma for their interictally carved, mice-infested pumpkin; and Paul, Darla, William & Elizabeth for their classic scary pumpkin.
Honorable Mentions go to Shelly & Brian for their socially distancing pumpkin, to Esther & Gerry for their one-eyed monster pumpkin; to Alex & Cathy for their politically edgy pumpkin; and to Laura, Ian, Isla & Jude for their glam night-out pumpkin.
Winners will receive a randomly selected gift card from the BPNA to La Parolaccia Osteria, The Attic, or Olives Gourmet Grocer — all of which are local eateries on Broadway that have been highly supportive of the BPNA over the years.
Special thanks to our Volunteers: TeaJ, Sergio, Jeff, AJ, and Marco.
