DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, August 2 @ 6 to 9 pm\n\nNational Night Out\n\nTHANKS TO THE FOLLOWING HOSTS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. VISIT ANY OR ALL:\n\n 	2525 E. 1st St – 6 pm to 8 pm\n 	2515 E. Ocean Blvd – 6 pm to 8 pm\n 	3040 E. 1st St – 6 pm to 7:30 pm\n 	2124 E. 1st St – 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm\n 	2703 E. 2nd St – 7 pm to 8:30 pm\n\n \n\nSpecial thanks to the Long Beach Police Department.\n\nSince being established by the National Association of Town Watch in 1984\, National Night Out has become a celebration of neighborhoods across the nation\, including all over the city of Long Beach\, promoting public safety.\n\nThe annual event promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.\n\nStroll the streets in the Bluff Park Historic District to find resident hosts who are set up on their porches or front lawns.  Officers in the Long Beach Police Department will show up to chat informally; meet folks in our neighborhood; hear what is on your mind; and share ideas\, goals and strategies to help keep us all safer.\n\nGo out and meet your neighbors and police officers!\n\nFor more info\, visit the national website www.natw.org or email BPNA at safety@bluffpark.org or LBPDEast@longbeach.gov\n\n
