A collaboration of BPNA, Friends of Bixby Park, and Alamitos Beach Neighborhood Association (ABNA), Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association (BHNA) and Rose Park Neighborhood Association (RPNA), and the Office of Council District 2 Councilwoman Cindy Allen.
