Kids are encouraged to come in costume. \n\n\n\nFeaturing: \n\n\n\n\nBag decorating craft\n\n\n\nPumpkin decorating craft\n\n\n\nSkull toss and other Halloween-inspired games\n\n\n\nPhoto opportunities\n\n\n\nKids’ costume parade\, contest\, and prizes\n\n\n\n\nA collaborative event hosted by Alamitos Beach Neighborhood Association (ABNA)\, BPNA\, Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association (BHNA)\, Friends of Bixby Park (FOBP)\, Rose Park Neighborhood Association (RPNA)\, and the Office of the Vice Mayor & Council District 2 Councilwoman Cindy Allen. \n\n\n\nSpooky free fun for the whole family!
