The BPNA is honored and privileged to have been selected for Long Beach Gives for the city’s annual day of online giving on September 23, 2021. By donating you help ensure that our community can continue to count on the Project in the years ahead and make a positive impact on the nostalgia, value and historic preservation across the city. Like other nonprofits, our in-person fundraiser event has been postponed. Please help us make the most out of this opportunity.
HELP SPREAD THE WORD. SHARE THIS EVENT. MAKE A DIFFERENCE
The citywide, online event intends to raise $2 million for 200+ nonprofit organizations, including BPNA, making an impact in Long Beach.
Coinciding with this fundraising opportunity will be a dedication celebration of the Phase 2 installation with a reception for major donors and supporters. Watch our live Facebook feed on Wed., Sept. 23 @ ~5:30 pm.
The BPNA has already secured several thousand dollars of matching funds in its pursuit of its $50,000 goal which will support future phases to cover the entire historic district. Major donors are being recognized with plaques affixed around the bases of the new lampposts, yet donations of all sizes (starting at $10) are welcome, needed and much appreciated!

About LONG BEACH GIVES
Long Beach Gives is our city’s annual online giving event that provides an easy and fun way for our entire city to give together. It also provides Long Beach nonprofits the opportunity to gain exposure and start relationships with new donors.
Our goal is to inspire individuals and businesses in our community to come together to make a difference in the exemplary work of the 150+ local, participating nonprofits. The success of Long Beach Gives last year helped raise awareness about nonprofits and the critical role they play in our community. We surpassed our $1 million fundraising goal and raised over $1.7 million for the 150+ participating organizations.
Long Beach Gives is returning on Thursday, September 23, 2021 with a $2 million goal and 200+ participating nonprofits making a difference in Long Beach!
