Holiday Bow Breakfast: Decorating Our Icon

Where you here years ago when the neighborhood’s iconic lampposts were decorated with bows for the holidays?
Inspired by our esteemed residents and local historic preservationists, Helena and Elbert Segelhorst, let us together bring back this wonderful holiday tradition that brightens our streets.
Free and family friendly event!
We will meet at Trolley Park for a light breakfast fare and then place bows on the historic lampposts at the intersections all along East 1st Street. Trolley Park is located at Redondo Avenue and East 2nd Street. Come out to help us place the bows and enjoy some holiday cheer with your friends and neighbors!
If interested, your tax-deductible and much appreciated donation will help offset the costs of the bows and breakfast and raise funds for the Bluff Park Historic Lamppost Project.
