WHAT TO EXPECT

Learn about what’s happening at the State Capital in Sacramento and how it touches life here in Long Beach and our neighborhood — hearing directly from our California State Senator Lena Gonzalez a variety of issues — from public safety and transportation to healthcare and local governance and much more. Bring your questions; this is your chance to connect directly with the person representing us in the State Senate.

The Senator’s District Office Staff will be available during the preceding social time for individualized engagement on constituent services, community services, and public service information. Visit their information table, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Get updates from the BPNA Board on the latest neighborhood news, happenings, events, and initiatives and important ways you can get involved.

Connect with your neighbors and community leaders in fun, engaging ways.

Engage with our City Councilwoman Cindy Allen and her Council District 2 Office Staff on the latest neighborhood and City Council topics.

QUESTIONS FOR OUR GUEST SPEAKER

Share any questions in advance for our guest speakers before Monday, September 21 at 5:00 p.m. PT.

Please note: Submitting a question doesn’t guarantee it will be read at the meeting. Attendees will also be able to jot down questions on note cards during the meeting, but time and format may limit how many each official can address. We apologize in advance if your question isn’t addressed during the meeting.
