Board Elections 2022
In compliance with the BPNA Bylaws, the annual Board Elections will take place immediately after the March Community Meeting. The three (3) positions up for election this year are as follows: Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President of Communications. All positions serve for a 2-year term. Only the role of President is limited to serving for 3 consecutive terms.
Important qualifications, roles, and responsibilities are outlined in the BPNA’s Bylaws, Policies, and Manners of Acting, which can be found on the
About Us page on this website.
Adult BPNA Members who are paid; current; in good standing; and living, owning or renting within the Bluff Park Historic District are eligible to run for positions and/or vote in the BPNA’s Board Elections. The final call for candidates will take place during this Community Meeting.
Balloting of the BPNA’s Voting Membership will be conducted electronically via email over a 7-day period from March 24 through March 30, 2022. Dates are subject to minor changes based on the e-notification being sent. Be sure to check your email (and spam folder) for our email with the balloting link and further instructions.
Add our email addresses (secretary @ bluffpark. org and membership @ bluffpark. org) to your list of trusted email addresses, so your ballot email is not labeled as spam. Only one (1) vote may be cast per household. Only valid ballot responses received by the stated deadline will be counted.
The election results will be posted on our website’s home page by or about April 2, 2022.
All interested Voting Members in good standing must complete the
