- Kids’ costume parade, contest, and prizes
A collaborative event hosted by Alamitos Beach Neighborhood Association (ABNA), BPNA, Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association (BHNA), Friends of Bixby Park (FOBP), and the Office of the Vice Mayor & Council District 2 Councilwoman Cindy Allen.
