FREE FUN for all ages! Kids are encouraged to come in costume.

- Bag decorating craft
- Pumpkin decorating craft
- Skull toss and other Halloween-inspired games
- Photo opportunities
- Kids’ costume parade, contest, and prizes
A collaborative event hosted by Alamitos Beach Neighborhood Association (ABNA), BPNA, Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association (BHNA), Friends of Bixby Park (FOBP), Rose Park Neighborhood Association (RPNA), and the Office of the Vice Mayor & Council District 2 Councilwoman Cindy Allen.
